Can you send me a printed version?
I'm sorry but unfortunately not at the moment 🙁 I do not actually have a printer either!
If you would like a printed version - hopefully you have a nice kind neighbour/friend/family member who may be able to print it for you. Or if not, I know that some local libraries also have printing facilities (UK).
Although it's nice to have these things on a bit of paper, don't forget these PDFs can be downloaded on to different devices, including getting your PDF on a kindle. Make your knitting portable!
Do you design things to order?
Yes! I love a challenge. Many of my patterns have come from the suggestions of lovely people who have contacted me over the years. So if you fancy a particular knitted gift you want to give but not sure how to make - just email me 🙂

Can I order the pre-made knitted items?
That's a tricky one...! These patterns are just PDFs to show you how to make them at the moment. I don't want to be inundated with a lot of requests as often these patterns can take hours to make. And my children and work leave my time a little thin on the ground! But if you really want something and not able to complete it yourself, please do email me and I'll see what I can do 🙂

I've reached my Download limit - what do I do?
Drop me an email! Technology stuff has it's challenges (for me included!) So just let me know your order number and I can check and see what's happened and reset the limit for you - no problem.
Where has my PDF Download gone?
When a PDF or any item is downloaded, these often go to the 'Downloads' folder on your device (computer/phone/tablet etc). If you do a 'search' for that folder, it should be in there.
Any other questions?
See Contact Us to ask me any questions or sign up to receive emails. I aim to have a new pattern up on the website every few weeks (children and their busy schedules permitting!) and I'll let you know as soon as the next one is up and ready to go...
The Disclaimer Bit...!
Timings are approximate and so don't hold me to it. Children are constantly interrupting me, and yes, I often lose track.
The sizes I have written are also approximate and so I will not be held responsible for time spent on creating these patterns or materials used should yours not quite look right. Everyone's yarn and tension will be different. I am not loyal to any particular brand of yarn - it's whatever I find in my basket from over the years.
Use this site as you so wish both for ideas or using the patterns to make your own. However, your own work is at your own risk. I am not taking responsibility for any child needle injury or such like. If using any of these patterns for ideas to make a gift for a child please choose appropriately for the child's age and ensure your sewing, particularly of buttons, is top notch.
