I’ll Let You Know the Latest Update…

I aim to have a new pattern up on the website every few weeks (children and their busy schedules permitting!) and I'll let you know as soon as the next one is up and ready to go...

Ahoy there!

These Ideas are On their Way...

Triangles

Often start at the base and decrease the stitches at the start of rows to make the right shape and size. Or if starting at the tip, you can use increasing stitches to finish at the base to carry on with a pattern.

Circles and Ovals

Once you've mastered the circle design, you can make numerous things for 2D drawings, such a sun, wheels, or biscuits. Maybe even make a larger one into a coaster, or use stickers to pop some numbers on to make a clock! I'll also show you how to amend them for change in sizes and to make ovals.

Squares and Rectangles

Adjust the number of cast on stitches and the number of rows to make the perfect size. Once you've got that idea in your head, just go for it. A purse, a bookmark, or even a spongebob - the possibilities are endless!

Next Steps...

It's great being able to adapt patterns to make them just how you want them. However, if you're still stuck on where to start or just need some inspiration, try and put your own little twist on some of these ideas.
